What better way to get prepared for your Bikeathon than to get training with help from the advice below?

Here's some top tips to help you train for your Bikeathon:

Arrow Make sure your bike is working well. It is important to look after your bike and keep it clean, as a clean bike will work much better and will help you go faster on the day!

Arrow Get some practice on your bike. Go out a couple of times before you do a ride.

Arrow Remember to eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Eating the right food is important for any cyclist.

Arrow On the day make sure you wear the appropriate clothing, as well as your Bikeathon around Britain t-shirt!

Arrow Make sure you know how to change your gears on your bike.
